I took this photo when I saw these 2 dumb-ass teenagers walking down the service track at Ontario Road here in Welland. I told them to get the hell off the track, but they looked at me like I didn't know what the hell I was talking about.
TR 1859 and cars destined for Energex Tube (formerly Lakeside Steel) were backing north on the same track, at 15mph. Talk about stupid people.... | PHOTO TAKEN:
